Performance Coaching
I work with emerging and established leaders, athletes, and artists to grow their ability to self manage. The skills necessary to regulate one's mood/body and manage adversity are often overlooked areas in the race to develop optimal performance. Intentional self management is the foundation of effective leadership and the development of environments that value and foster resilience and impact.
Clients can expect to receive assessment on an individual or team level which will provide structured and actionable strategies designed to meet client goals and drive performance.
Ross provides education and strategies on how biology, personal histories, mood and patterns of behavior effect our ability to perform in social/professional and high performance environments. Additional focus may concentrate on communication and relationship styles, personality traits, physical movement and dietary habits, substance use, trauma informed care, social media/device use, accountability, and organizational needs.
Athletic team programs focus on developing skills to drive high performance, dial-in motivation, set standards of personal accountability, and develop a winning culture. We utilize evidence backed strategies and are informed by the work of other leaders in the performance game including Steve Magness, Michael Gervais, D.J. Moran, and Jocko Willink.
