I work with emerging and established leaders to grow their ability to self manage. The skills necessary to regulate one's mood/body and manage adversity are often overlooked areas in the race to develop impactful leaders. Intentional self management is the foundation of effective leadership and the development of environments that value and foster resilience and impact.
Clients can expect to receive assessment on an individual or team level which will provide structured and actionable strategies designed to meet client goals and drive performance.
Ross provides education and strategies on how biology, personal histories, and patterns of behavior effect our ability to perform in social/professional and high expectation environments. Additional focus may concentrate on communication and relationship styles, personality traits, physical movement and dietary habits, substance use, trauma informed care, social media/device use, accountability, and organizational needs.
