Ross has over a decade of experience providing professional training and presentations to teams and businesses. Areas of content include burnout and professional resiliency, trauma informed systems, and attachment issues. For medical/mental health professionals and first responders an additional module on compassion fatigue is available. Ross has provided several presentations at the annual Indiana Association for Behavior Consultations (IN-ABC) conference. In 2024 Ross was asked to be a presenter for the ARC of Indiana Advocacy Leadership Fellows. He was also selected to be a primary speaker for the Family and Caregiver (FCAR) Training Series hosted by ViaQuest Community Solutions.
